Thrift Store Bentonville, AR
Helping Hands Inc. is a non-profit organization operated as a partnership of 24 churches throughout Benton County. Established in 1976 Helping Hands has been providing assistance to those in need for 46 years. We operate a thrift store located at 2602 SW D St in Bentonville, Arkansas. Proceeds from the thrift store are then used to meet the needs of Benton County residents through our assistance programs.
A Few Ways We Help
Our primary goal is to meet the needs of Benton County residents who require assistance in times of hardship. We do everything we can to ensure our community has somewhere to turn.
We offer one of the largest food pantries in Northwest Arkansas providing food to more than 900 families each month.
We provide a place where the community can buy clothes, books, furniture, and more at reasonable prices.
We offer utility assistance, rent assistance, prescription medication assistance, and more to those in need.
Love Your Neighbor As Yourself
After the order to love God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength, none is more important than the instruction to love your neighbor as yourself.
At Helping Hands, we take this commandment to heart. It is our desire to show the love of God to all those we come in contact with whether they are donors, customers, or clients.
We would be honored to have you join us in our efforts to spread hope and love and serve our community.

None of what we do would be possible without your help. Join us in fighting poverty and hunger by contributing to our cause in one of these ways.

Integrity, Compassion, Empathy, Humility, and Service. We are here to serve our community, not to be served.
The Food Pantry
At Helping Hands, we understand that not everyone is fortunate enough to have a stable food supply. That’s why we offer a food pantry to those in our community who are in need. Our food pantry provides nutritious food items for those who are struggling to afford groceries.
The food pantry is located on the southside of our thrift store. We have a large storage area where we keep all food items as well as fresh produce.
We also grow fresh produce which is used to supplement the food pantry and provide healthy fruits and vegetables for those in need. In partnership with the Benton County Master Gardeners, Helping Hands is able to receive fresh fruit and vegetables. Daily grown in a garden on Helping Hands property, and maintained by the master gardeners and the Seventh-Day Adventist school children.
